Hello there! I'm Pita. The name "Pita Chan" came from my love for Japan, where "-chan" is added to my name to make it cuter. I have started crocheting since 2010 when I first fell in love with Totoro. I'm always inspired by Anime/game characters and especially anything cute. I like to create my own crochet patterns and I also like to crochet with embroidery thread because tiny dolls are cute. I mostly crochet, but I'm looking to expand my skills in the near future. :)

Head Only Keychain:
Price: 25 to 45 USD | Height: 1 to 1.5 inches tall
Full Body Keychain/Figure:
Price: 55 to 70 USD | Height: 3 inches tall
Medium Plushie:
Price: 65 to 90 USD | Height: 5 to 6 inches tall
Large Plushie:
Price: 160 to 190 USD | Height: 7 to 9 inches tall

1. Reserve your slot when commission is open
You may order one character with one slot. If you would like to commission more than one character, please fill out another form.
Note: Filling out the form does not guarantee you a slot for the commission. The commission is first come, first served. This list will not be carried over to the next commission. Please note that if a character is out of my comfort zone, I have the right to decline the commission.
2. Complete a detailed commission form
A link to a detailed commission form will be emailed out to those who got the slots within 1-2 days.
3. Receive a price quote
A price quote will be sent out by email within 1-2 days after a detailed commission form is filled out. If you are not happy with the price and decide to opt-out, your slot will be open for another customer on the list.
4. Make a payment
If you decide to commission, you will be asked to submit a full payment through the website prior to the start of the commission. Please do not forget to read the Shop Policies before purchasing.
5. Wait for commission to be shipped
After the payment is received, you will be able to track your order at this link.

Care Instructions
Please do not wash any plushies attached to a keychain or an acrylic stand. For large plushies, it is recommended to hand wash; however, if using a washing machine, secure the plushie in a laundry bag and wash cold only. The plushies should only be air-dried.
Shop Policies
Shipping
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. All items are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance.
Due to the current situation, international shipping may be affected by delays. The customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes (if any).
Cancellation
Non-commission items can be canceled with no charge if the items have not been shipped yet.
Commission can be canceled only when it has not been started. Additionally, the customer will be charged a $3 (USD) non-refundable fee which will cover bought materials/planning time.
Repair
Customer may send in an item for repair on a case by case basis. The cost of repair is $5 (USD). Customer must cover the cost of shipping. Example repairs include replacement of keychains, ribbons, acrylic stand, loose strings, etc.
Returns and Exchanges
All items are final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.
